Porsche Consulting recherche un Consultant Smart Factory & Operational Excellence pour mener des projets innovants en optimisation des processus et transformation opérationnelle. Vous travaillerez avec des décideurs de haut niveau pour développer des solutions durables et évolutives, tout en voyageant jusqu'à 80% du temps à des sites clients en Italie et à l'international. Avec un diplôme en ingénierie et 4 à 6 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de production, vous interviendrez dans des projets à fort impact avec des leaders du secteur.

Competenze

• 4 à 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de production dans des entreprises multinationales.
• Expérience en stratégie d'opérations et optimisation des réseaux industriels.
• Diplôme en ingénierie ou qualification équivalente.

Mansioni

• Diriger des projets d'optimisation des processus et de numérisation industrielle.
• Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies opérationnelles.

Leading projects in process optimization, industrial digitalization, and Smart Factory development, you will work closely with C-level decision-makers to design tailored, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Define and implement operations strategies at both corporate and plant levels

Development of scalable and resilient operating models — including production network design, make-or-buy strategies, and industrial footprint optimization

Support cultural and organizational transformation in operations

You hold a degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields) or an equivalent qualification. You have between 4 and 6 years of experience in production management within multinational companies, preferably in the industrial goods or consumer goods sectors

Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data & Analytics, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Digital Twin Technology

You have experience in operations strategy and industrial network optimization

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Python is considered a plus

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

You are fluent in both Italian and English. Knowledge of German is a plus

You are eager to travel and embrace new challenges

This role requires full availability to travel (up to 80% of your working time will be spent at client sites in Italy and abroad (EU and extra EU).
