Job responsibilities:

Mission

The position is based at the Fendi Shoes Factory in Fermo (Marche). Within the Fendi industrial control team, the candidate will oversee controlling activities through financial analyses such as reporting, KPI development, objective setting, and budgeting at both the shoes production site level and company level.

The selected candidate, providing business support to the Product Development, Procurement, and Production departments, will ensure a clear financial perspective on industrial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly and yearly financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting according to company deadlines.
• Monitor production and sample costs, plant operating expenses (Opex), capital expenditures (Capex), production variances, and margin evolution.
• Support industrial plant processes to ensure a clear financial view, collaborating with costing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments.
• Participate in pricing sessions before buying campaigns.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and related depreciation.
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of IT tools for controlling.

Profile: Required Skills:

• Degree in Economics and Business, Finance, or Management Engineering, ideally with a specialization in corporate finance or controlling.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the same role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• An “hands-on” approach and desire to "roll up your sleeves".
• Good communication skills, flexibility, and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Planning Systems (MRP), preferably STEALTH 3000, is a plus.
