INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervising and controlling the industrial performance of the site, continuously implementing and improving the industrial strategy.
2. Reporting industrial performance, leading budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with objectives and deadlines.
3. Analyzing industrial activities for compliance with financial impacts, processes, regulations, and site goals.
4. Conducting specific analyses, providing timely comparisons and comments on variances, internal capacity, and absorption costs, and implementing appropriate actions to meet budget objectives.
5. Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, collecting data from operational departments, and defining expected results in line with site KPIs and annual performance goals.
6. Preparing industrial reports at corporate and local levels and developing ad-hoc reports to meet specific business needs.
7. Using financial metrics and relevant KPIs to analyze business performance and drive continuous improvement.

Profile / Requirements

Must Have:

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Ability to analyze and interpret industrial data to support decision-making.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, data management, pivot tables).
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of economic principles.
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
