Une entreprise pharmaceutique à Florence recherche un Analiste de Contrôle Industriel pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce rôle implique l'analyse de la performance financière, la gestion des coûts industriels, et la préparation de rapports pour aider à la prise de décisions. Le candidat doit avoir un diplôme en économie ainsi qu'une expérience en contrôle de gestion, une bonne maîtrise de l’italien et de l’anglais, et des compétences avancées en Excel et dans les systèmes ERP tels que SAP.

Competenze

• Diplôme en Économie ou domaines connexes requis.
• Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion/industriel dans un environnement complexe.

The position is part of the Industrial Controlling function in Italy and will join the controlling team dedicated to the chemical industrial area, reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and monitor financial performance by business units, product lines, and production plants.
• Supervise and control industrial costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Prepare management reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform detailed cost analysis of company structure and production; develop monthly and annual forecasting models.
• Oversee the product costing process and support the preparation of intercompany billing.
• Draft, update, and monitor intercompany service agreements.
• Conduct investment analysis and economic evaluations.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support audit activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for production plant departments, intercompany clients, headquarters functions, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education :

• University degree in Economics or related fields.

Experience :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management / industrial controlling, preferably in complex and structured industrial environments.

Languages :

• Excellent command of both Italian and English, written and spoken.

Technical Skills :

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Business Intelligence tools.
