Berluti, maison italienne emblématique sous le groupe LVMH, recherche un Contrôleur Industriel à Ferrara, responsable du contrôle de gestion industriel. Vous serez amené à élaborer des indicateurs clés, contrôler les coûts et analyser les performances, tout en élaborant des rapports pour la direction. Un diplôme en économie et une expérience significative dans un contexte industriel, associés à une sensibilité au secteur de la mode, sont requis.

• Expérience de 3/5 ans en contrôle de gestion, idéalement industriel.
• Capacité à découvrir des solutions et à mener des actions d'amélioration.
• Curiosité pour l'artisanat et compréhension du secteur de la mode.

Mansioni

• Contribuer à la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions.
• Contrôle des coûts et analyse des performances de production.

Position
INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER
Berluti, only masculine House of the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895 by Italian-born Alessandro Berluti. Beginning with bespoke footwear and built by four generations of bootmaker, the Maison today offers a complete, head-to-toe wardrobe for modern men, spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories and exceptional objects. With over 60 stores worldwide plus a unique bespoke service available through its workshops on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless know how and state of the art technique.
MISSION
The Industrial Controller will report to the Management Control Manager within the Administration, Finance & Control Department and will handle industrial management control operations, the creation and preparation of key operational indicators, and their sharing with the company's production activity managers.
Job responsibilities
* contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
* closing activities of the income statement and variance analysis
* cost control and calculation of transfer prices
* monitoring production performance and developing KPIs
* analysis and control of stock levels and inventory planning
* prevention and recovery of slow-moving items
* monthly analyses preparatory for the preparation of reports
* participation in the internal control activities of the LVMH Group
* ad hoc analyses and specific focuses for General Management and/or Finance
Profile
* Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines
* previous experience of at least 3/5 years in management control, preferably gained in an industrial context
* initiative in discovering solutions and improvement actions
* analytical, synthesis and numerical/logical skills
* curiosity for artisanal crafts and sensitivity to the Fashion sector
* excellent IT skills (Excel and SAP)
* fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus
