Crealis Group is seeking an Industrial Controller to join our Bar Top Business Unit and act as a strategic partner to Operations and Manufacturing teams. You will drive financial discipline, monitor operational performance and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Requires 4-6 years in industrial controlling, strong cost accounting and advanced Excel, with SAP experience as a plus. Location: Lombardy, Bodio Lomnago, Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• 4–6 years of experience in industrial controlling within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Mansioni

• Manage and update product and process standard costs.
• Analyze variances between actuals, standards, budget and forecast.
• Monitor industrial cost centers and key cost drivers.
• Track manufacturing performance, productivity and efficiency indicators.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting.
• Support month-end closing activities with Accounting.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for the Business Unit.
• Perform profitability analyses and support cost improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and control processes.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial discipline, monitoring operational performance and supporting strategic business decisions in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product and process standard costs
• Analyze variances between actuals, standards, budget and forecast
• Monitor industrial cost centers and key cost drivers
