Mission

Lead the product strategy, vision, and development initiatives. Define and execute product and portfolio strategies, ensuring market alignment and driving product innovation from concept to launch.

Summary

Define the business case for launching new products, conduct market tests, and design products based on customer specifications. Manage the company's product portfolio P&L, understand costs and margins, and develop strategies to optimize product lifecycle and costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product and portfolio strategies.
• Update management on product positioning, release planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and communicate product vision internally and externally.
• Represent the product at conferences, to customers, press, and analysts if needed.
• Develop pricing strategies, perform cost analysis, and communicate pricing levels.
• Decide on future directions and priorities for the product portfolio.
• Maintain roadmaps for product launches and lifecycle management.
• Gather and analyze product requirements, define use cases, and evaluate trade-offs.
• Understand market opportunities and develop business cases for investments.
• Manage product development, create prototypes, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure products meet quality, performance, and customer requirements.
• Manage internal roll-out, oversee trials, and collaborate with partners to optimize costs.
• Provide technical support to marketing and sales, including pricing and feasibility analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in product management, strategy, and development, especially in manufacturing.
• Experience with HVAC-R, industrial kitchens, or temperature/humidity sensors.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2+ level).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of additional European languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German).
