Position: Indirect Sales Channel Manager POC

Apply now to make a difference in shaping the fast-developing POC Italian market by leading the indirect sales team, which includes sales agents, business partners, distributors, and resellers.

Your role

  1. Set sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
  2. Lead the indirect sales organization towards achieving sales targets.
  3. Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the national sales strategy.
  4. Manage budget completion and conduct regular sales reporting.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management on strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
  6. Ensure sales agents and business partners are trained and aligned with sales & marketing strategies and objectives.
  7. Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the account and regional levels.

Your expertise

  1. At least 15 years' experience in the Diagnostics market in a commercial role.
  2. Deep knowledge of the Italian POC diagnostics market.
  3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  4. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  5. Based in Milan.
