Apply now for the position of Indirect Sales Channel Manager POC. You will make a difference in shaping the fast-developing POC Italian market by leading the indirect sales team, including sales agents, business partners, distributors, and resellers.

Your role:

  1. Set sales targets for the assigned sales organization
  2. Lead the indirect sales organization towards achieving sales targets
  3. Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the national sales strategy
  4. Manage budget completion and generate regular sales reports
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management on product and service positioning strategies
  6. Ensure sales agents and partners are trained and aligned with sales and marketing strategies
  7. Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders at account and regional levels

Your expertise:

  1. At least 15 years of experience in the Diagnostics market in a commercial role
  2. Deep knowledge of the Italian POC diagnostics market
  3. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  5. Based in Milan
