We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor/Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims (via small claims procedure) to lead in-court collections or establish their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Responsibilities include filing court cases to recover compensation and Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE), and handling claims related to EU261/UK261 regulations, with baggage claims launching soon.

The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest to litigate against different airlines.

Requirements :

• Valid lawyer’s/solicitor’s license and legal insurance.
• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of relevant consumer protection laws and aviation regulations is a plus but not required.
• Proven success in in-court collection.
• Strong analytical, research, and legal strategy skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in automating claims management processes.
