We seek a skilled Solicitor / Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims to lead in-court collections and potentially open their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Responsibilities include filing court cases, managing legal defenses, and enforcing court decisions related to EU261/UK261 compensation claims and upcoming baggage claims.

Requirements include a valid lawyer’s license, legal insurance, a law degree, and proven success in in-court collections. Experience in aviation law is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, case management abilities, and be comfortable working independently and remotely.
