We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor / Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims to lead in-court collections and potentially open their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Responsibilities include filing court cases for compensation and reimbursement of expenses related to flight issues such as delays, cancellations, and denied boarding. We handle claims under EU261 / UK261 regulations and plan to expand to baggage claims soon.

This role offers opportunities to influence legal practices and public awareness through court victories and legal advocacy. Ideal candidates are self-performers with strong litigation experience and a passion for consumer rights in the airline industry.

The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest, able to litigate against airlines without restrictions.

Requirements :

• A valid lawyer’s / solicitor’s license and legal insurance.
• A law degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws and aviation regulations is a plus but not required.
• Proven success in in-court collection.
• Strong analytical, research, and legal strategy skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with automating claims management processes.

Responsibilities :
