We seek a highly skilled Solicitor/Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims to lead in-court collections or to establish their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Responsibilities include filing court cases for compensation and reimbursement of expenses related to flight issues such as delays, cancellations, and denied boarding. We are also launching baggage claims soon.

The role offers PR opportunities for court victories and legal advocacy, ideal for high performers with strong litigation experience and a passion for consumer rights in the airline industry.

The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest, able to litigate against different airlines.

Requirements

• Valid lawyer’s/solicitor’s license and legal insurance.
• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of relevant consumer protection laws and aviation regulations is a plus but not required.
• Proven successful in-court collection record.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and strategic skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in automating claims management processes.
