Based in Milan | Remote-friendly | Freelance contract (VAT required)

Are you a results-driven closer with proven success in high-ticket B2C sales?

Do you thrive in consultative sales, where your performance directly drives growth?

We are looking for a freelance sales consultant to support our client, an international design academy, in converting qualified inbound leads into enrolled students for their premium higher education programs.

This is a commercial role focused on performance — not a support position.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct online sales consultations with pre-qualified leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle : from first contact to enrollment
  • Keep CRM data and pipeline fully up to date
  • Collaborate with the team to improve conversion KPIs
  • Engage with parents or guardians when needed

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in high-ticket B2C sales, ideally in services (education, coaching, luxury, real estate, etc.)
  • Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing
  • Fluent English (C1 level or above) — you will interact with international clients
  • Confident with digital tools (CRM, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and reliable

Nice to Have

  • Background in higher education or university admissions
  • Additional languages (especially Chinese or Indian languages)
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and provide timely, accurate reporting
