Independent Sales Representative – Agricultural Products (Commission-Based)

Position Summary

We are seeking ambitious and proactive Independent Sales Representatives to help expand Abomin’s market presence. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong foothold in the agricultural sector and a passion for introducing innovative products to new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients including farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and retailers

• Present and sell Abomin’s product range, clearly communicating benefits and value

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of customers through regular contact and support

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

• Collaborate with the commercial team to share insights and feedback from the field

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success in agricultural or B2B sales, preferably with input products, agritech, or crop-related solutions

• Strong professional network within the agricultural supply chain

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to manage your own time and sales pipeline efficiently

Compensation
