Hexlox is a leading innovator in bicycle part security and other industries, offering smart, easy-to-install anti-theft solutions that protect bike parts etc from theft. Our products are trusted by cyclists, bike shops, and manufacturers worldwide. As we expand our presence in Italy, we are looking for a passionate and driven Independent Sales Rep to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Independent Sales Rep to develop and grow our business in the Italian market. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain relationships with bike shops, distributors, and manufacturers, driving sales of Hexlox products across the country. Additionally driving growth to other industries can also be included based on the applicants individual profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Italy.
  • Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors if necessary.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Hexlox when needed
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or direct handover to HQ
  • Provide market feedback to the company to support product development and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Italian market.
  • Strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector or other industries
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and working proficiency in English for communication. Other languages are plus.
  • Interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions ideally
