Members of our Network (independent advisors) use our M&A tools, International Investment Banking Umbrella, Global Network of peers, and back office support of deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists devoted to generating deals for each dealmaker.

Your Profile:

• Has over 10 years of experience in financial services, private equity, or M&A.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, persuasive, resilient, and results driven.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of English.
• Technical expertise in Finance.
• Strongly interested in analyzing transactions, evaluating strategic opportunities, and valuing companies.
• Over 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive.
• Clear sector-specific expertise.
• You will get support to launch or soar your activity as an M&A advisor.
• You will receive more mandates and more significant fees.
• You can work wherever you want while supported by a whole back office of deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, and IT support.
• Access to advanced IT tools M&A (in which we have invested $10MM+) to help you get new mandates and locate targets.
• An International Investment Banking Umbrella that provides better and bigger deals.
