NTU International in Genova seeks a Non-Key Expert – Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist to support the integration of gender and inclusion across the AESPP Boost programme. You will help ensure inclusive participation and equity in opportunities created by Africa–EU space cooperation.

The role emphasizes gender-responsive implementation, capacity building, and evidence-based approaches. Excellent English is required; French or Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies.
• Excellent command of English.
• French and/or Portuguese language knowledge is an asset.

Mansioni

• Support integration of gender equality and social inclusion across programme activities.
• Ensure inclusive participation and gender-responsive implementation.
• Assist in designing gender-responsive approaches and indicators for donor-funded programmes.
