NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert – Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist to support the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on integrating gender equality and social inclusion across programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation and gender-responsive implementation.

Candidate should have a Master’s degree in relevant fields and strong English skills; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus and 8+ years in related international cooperation is

Competenze

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.

Mansioni

• Support the systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion across programme activities.
• Assist in designing donor-funded gender-responsive approaches, indicators and inclusive participation.
