Based in our headquarter office in

• Carpi (MO)
• we’re looking for an
• Inbound Logistics Associate
• to support the coordination of all system & communication related activities ensuring that purchase orders are shipped on time and in full.
• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Dialogue with our 4PL to organize sea shipments from origin to destination
• Dialogue with our carriers on a daily or weekly basis to solve any issues that may arise before or during the transit
• Prepare seasonal reports destined to our carriers with forecasts on the volumes (FEU) to ship from each origin
• Prepare weekly or biweekly reports destined to internal stakeholders and the Management with data on each container in transit and answer general enquiries on the status of Champion’s goods
• Check and sort shipping documents
• Check and sort custom bills
• Match each SKU to the correct HS Code
• Occasionally upload the data of the goods in transit on Champion’s ERP.
• JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years’ experience as an Inbound Logistics Associate
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Preference - Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• Knowledge of English both written and spoken.
• SKILLS
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze numbers and data to draw up reports (deep understanding of Microsoft Excel)
• Interpersonal skills to cooperate with people from other departments and at managerial levels
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure and stressful situations
• Team player.
• The knowledge of SAP is a plus
