The position involves supporting the Incoming Team with shipping documents, following shipments, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy) we're looking for an Inbound Logistic Trainee to join our Operation Team.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a

6-month experience

and be part of an international company.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting Incoming Team with shipping documents;
• Follow express shipments and their customs clearance process;
• Constant contact with freight forwarders and suppliers;
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders;
• Trace import shipments until their arrival to the warehouse;
• Contact with warehouse by sharing goods arrivals.

SKILLS AND ATTITUDES

• Master\'s degree in, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English.
• Critical analysis and problem solving with a Team player attitude.
• Good communication skills
