Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Reps (Traveler Support Counselor) to join our August 4th, 2025 class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Must be located in one of the following States: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls; assist customers with managing their reservations.
  • Update traveler information, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and handle escalated calls, de-escalating in a First Call Resolution approach.
  • Advise, book, and update airline reservations using code-based software.
  • Communicate comprehensive information about our products and policies to travelers.
  • Work in a metrics-driven environment: Average Handle Time, After Call Work, Average Speed to Answer, Hold Time, Attendance, Adherence, Post Call Surveys, and Values Assessment.
  • Set up stable internet and telephone services (details below).

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a 5-day schedule within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
  • Including 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week.
  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working remotely.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi), recommended speeds: 50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload.
  • Telephone service via landline or VOIP; responsible for setting up and providing a phone number for call routing.

Do Not Apply If:

  • You are unwilling to work in a camera environment during training (6 weeks), which requires being on camera 8 hours per day.
  • You are uncomfortable with receiving daily feedback, weekly quizzes during training, or weekly ranking assessments.
  • You cannot work 1 weekend day per week.
  • You cannot work 1-2 closing shifts per week (12 pm - 8 pm).
  • You are unable to commit to a shift-bid environment with schedules changing every 4-6 months.
  • You are uncomfortable with changing lunch and break times daily.
