Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Reps (Traveler Support Counselor) for our August 4th, 2025 class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will provide excellent customer service and support to travelers.
Must be located in one of the following states : Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls; assist customers with managing reservationsUpdate traveler information, educate on tour itineraries, process payments, and handle escalated calls with a First Call Resolution approachBook and update airline reservations using code-based softwareCommunicate product and policy information to travelersWork in a metrics-driven environment, focusing on Average Handle Time, After Call Work, Speed to Answer, Hold Time, Attendance, Adherence, Post Call Surveys, and Values AssessmentSet up stable internet and telephone services (details below)Qualifications
Available to work a 5-day schedule within our hours (Monday-Friday 9 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM EST)Willing to work 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week5+ years of experience in a call center environment2+ years of remote work experienceRemote Work Requirements :
Hardwired internet with recommended speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps uploadTelephone service via landline or VOIP; responsible for setting up and providing the number to GCCDo Not Apply If :
