Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Reps (Traveler Support Counselor) to join our August 4th, 2025 class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.
Must be located in one of the following States: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities
- Receive back-to-back inbound calls; assist customers with managing their reservations.
- Update Traveler information, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and handle escalated calls, de-escalating in a First Call Resolution mentality.
- Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
- Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
- Work in a metrics-driven environment: Average Handle Time, After Call Work, Average Speed to Answer, Hold Time, Attendance, Adherence, Post Call Surveys, and values assessment.
- Set up stable internet and telephone services as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a 5-day schedule within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00AM-8:00AM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST), including 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week.
- 5+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- 2+ years of experience working remotely.
Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi), with recommended speeds of 50 MBPS download and 25 MBPS upload.
- Telephone service via landline or VOIP; responsible for setting up and providing the phone number to GCC for call routing.
Do Not Apply If:
- You are unwilling to work in a camera-on environment during training (6 weeks), with 8 hours per day on camera.
- You are uncomfortable with receiving daily feedback, weekly quizzes, or weekly rankings.
- You cannot work 1 weekend day per week.
- You cannot work 1-2 closing shifts per week (12pm-8pm).
- You are unable to commit to a shift-bid environment with schedule changes every 4-6 months.
- You are uncomfortable with changing lunch and break times daily.
