Cogentech Società Benefit srl in Milan seeks an experienced in vivo imaging technician focusing on MRI and micro-CT to support a newly established imaging service for preclinical research. You will prepare animals, acquire high-quality images, and assist researchers with analysis within a welfare-focused framework.

The role requires mice handling expertise, familiarity with SOPs, and collaboration with an international team.

Competenze

• Experience with laboratory mice and welfare standards, including 3Rs.
• Ability to perform MRI and micro-CT imaging with high data quality.
• Experience with SOPs and workflow development.

Mansioni

• Prepare animals for imaging following protocols and welfare standards.
• Perform MRI and micro-CT image acquisition with reproducible results.
• Oversee routine maintenance and QC of imaging equipment.
• Support image processing and data analysis for researchers.
• Contribute to workflows and SOP optimization.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and 3Rs.
