Competenze

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a talented In-Room Dining (Room Service) Manager to join our iconic Four Seasons Milano in Italy!

What you will do

Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will work closely with the Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price. You will attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. The In-Room Dining Manager will oversee the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour in-room dining and private bar services. You will be visible in operations, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest concerns or special requests.

What you bring

We are looking for a passionate individual who ensures you and your team deliver the highest standards consistently, providing exceptional service and attention to our guests. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, and a personal touch that enhances guest experiences. A college degree, preferably in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience, is required. Two to three years of previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in Food & Beverage is also required. You should have working knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor management, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. Additionally, you must be able to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems. Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at Four Seasons Milan and offers a fixed-term contract. The role includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy and be fluent in both English and Italian.
