This role involves promoting management programs, analyzing profitability, and monitoring Life reserves. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in relevant fields and possess strong analytical and communication skills, alongside at least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

Within Group Life & Health Insurance area we are looking for a In-Force Management Analyst. Group Life & Health Insurance defines and ensures the implementation of technical standards for Life & Health Insurance business, monitors and challenges Group and Business Units technical performance and action plans, optimizes the management and value creation in the in-force life portfolios and manages the life product approval process, steers BUs towards Unit Linked, Protection and Health business and ensures that the Life & Health strategy is delivered consistently taking account of profitability, competitiveness, customer needs and regulatory requirements.

• Promoting and monitoring the implementation of In-Force management programs in the business units
• Analyzing the profitability of main Life In-Force books to identify potential solutions for further optimization
• Monitoring the development of Life reserves in the Group

Key responsabilities of the role will include :

• Monitoring the implementation of in-force management programs across the Group
• Analysis and monitoring of Group portfolio guarantee and capital light share of reserves
• Must have
