A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant III to join their ETT team, focusing on installations and upgrades of Oracle Hospitality products. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications
Work with HGBU European team to provide installation of Oracle HGBU products such as IFC8, IFC8.NET, and OPI for CNE, Legacy datacenter, and On-premise customers.
We are seeking an experienced interface installer with over 5 years of experience in the Opera environment, including IFC configuration, basic setup, and troubleshooting.
As a Technical Implementation Consultant III, you will be responsible for installing HGBU products and managing migrations and upgrades.
As part of the ETT team, you will be involved in European (mainly) and global projects for HGBU customers.
You will be challenged daily and will contribute directly to the success of Oracle Hospitality services, working closely with customers, product teams, and infrastructure partners.
Our work involves various configurations with multiple third-party vendors, based on product certifications.
We support our customers through installation, migration, and upgrade projects of Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management software.
Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Fluent in French and English is mandatory.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Senior-level implementation professional responsible for high-profile, complex, or large-scale projects.
Analyze business needs, recommend product hierarchy configurations, and customize reports and exports. Provide end-user training and oversee the system go-live process. Mentor junior consultants and assist in presales activities to support sales growth.
Require 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of consulting experience. Technical expertise in relevant products, effective communication skills, team collaboration, and willingness to travel.
