Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant in Construction to join our Southern Europe Consulting team (AEC), working with Autodesk's major clients as part of our Enterprise Programme.

This role offers hybrid or fully remote work, based in the UK, Spain, France, or Italy.

You will report to the Manager, South Europe Consulting (AEC) and work as an individual contributor, combining your construction industry expertise with your understanding of design and engineering processes.

Your responsibilities include consulting on process and workflow review, development, implementation, deployment strategies, software training, and technical guidance, ensuring clients maximize their Autodesk technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in the effective application of Autodesk solutions
• Lead consulting engagements with clients
• Create processes, set priorities, and define deliverables
• Demonstrate solutions and relate them to client business issues
• Communicate via guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guides
• Configure solutions based on product capabilities and client needs
• Define migration approaches for data and standards into Autodesk products
• Build relationships with team members, including product teams, to stay aligned with product roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and French, with excellent communication skills
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the Construction industry covering design, planning, building, and operation
• Experience facilitating onsite and remote sessions
• Strong problem-solving and learning enthusiasm
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud products (Build, Take Off, BIM Collaborate, Docs, etc.)
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Quick understanding of new or complex concepts
• Innovative, creative, with strong business acumen
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Autodesk products
• Consulting or professional services experience with large clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Familiarity with ISO19650 standards
