Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant - Construction, to join our Southern Europe Consulting team (AEC), working with Autodesk's major clients as part of our Enterprise Programme.

This role is hybrid or fully remote, based in the UK, Spain, France, or Italy.

You will report to the Manager, South Europe Consulting (AEC), as an individual contributor.

You will leverage your construction industry experience and your understanding of design and engineering processes to assist our clients.

Your responsibilities include providing consulting services such as process and workflow review, development, implementation, deployment strategies, software training, and technical guidance to maximize the value of Autodesk technologies for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in applying Autodesk solutions effectively
• Lead Autodesk consulting engagements
• Create processes, prioritize tasks, and define deliverables
• Demonstrate solutions and relate them to customer business issues
• Communicate using guides, diagrams, flow charts, and best practices
• Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer needs
• Plan data migration approaches into Autodesk products
• Build relationships with team members and stay informed on product roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills
• 5-8 years of experience in the Construction industry covering the entire lifecycle
• Experience facilitating onsite and remote engagements
• Passion for learning and problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud products
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Quick learner of new concepts
• Innovative, with strong business acumen
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Autodesk products
• Consulting or professional services experience with large clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with ISO19650 standards
