Job Description:

HiRevo Office, a specialization of Gi Group, Italy's leading multinational employment agency, is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Impiegato/a Ufficio Spedizioni Estero.

The selected candidate will join the logistics team, managing national and international exports with a focus on container shipments. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring shipments, handling customs procedures, liaising with shippers, and coordinating transporters.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, especially with container shipments;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus;
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, including customs flows, certificates of origin, pre-shipment documents, invoicing, and banking relations;
• Familiarity with management software and tracking systems;
• Experience in a freight forwarding agency is advantageous.

• Permanent or fixed-term employment with a salary starting from €30,000-€35,000;
• Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break;
