Una piccola azienda nel settore della gomma e della plastica cerca un Export Office Clerk. Il candidato gestirà relazioni con distributori esteri e condurrà ricerche di mercato per espandere la presenza internazionale dell'azienda. Richiesta esperienza in ruoli simili e ottime competenze linguistiche.

Competenze

  • Esperienza di 1-2 anni in ruoli di export o back-office estero.
  • Ottima padronanza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.
  • Seconda lingua (tedesco) è un plus.

Job Description:

For a small company in the rubber and plastics sector, we are seeking an Export Office Clerk.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and negotiating with foreign distributors;
  2. Identifying interesting foreign markets for the company;
  3. Scouting new distributors;
  4. Planning commercial strategies for entering and positioning in foreign markets;
  5. Conducting competitor analysis and market research;
  6. Preparing reports;
  7. Processing orders and quotes;
  8. Participating in international sector events, conferences, and fairs.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in export or foreign back-office roles;
  2. Availability for international travel within Europe, approximately 1-2 times a year for a week, and 1-3 days per month;
  3. Excellent spoken and written English skills;
  4. Second language (German) is a plus;
  5. Experience in the rubber-plastics sector is preferred but not mandatory;
  6. Strong communication and commercial skills, relational abilities, and eloquence;
  7. Results-oriented with analytical skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, flexible; no smart working.

Salary: €1,500 - €2,000 net/month depending on seniority. Company car not included.
