A well-established metalworking company in Motta di Livenza is seeking a Logistics Clerk for an internship. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the shipping department, maintain cost data, and support customs procedures. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills are essential. Job Description:

During S.p.A. is authorized by the Italian Ministry of Labour (D.lgs. 276/03) with branches across Italy, including Thiene (VI). We are seeking a Logistics Clerk - Internship for a well-established metalworking company in Motta di Livenza (TV).

What we offer:

• Initial internship with expense reimbursement;
• Full-time daytime work hours from 08:00/08:30 to 17:00/17:30, with a half-hour break;
• Internal company canteen.

The Logistics Clerk will:

• Collaborate with the shipping department to research and negotiate transport rates;
• Maintain transportation cost data and perform periodic checks on tariff trends;
• Interface with the purchasing department for import/export operations;
• Support customs procedures, liaising with customs operators for export/import practices, focusing on country of origin and customs classification;
• Keep the customs codes database updated and collaborate with the T&L Coordinator for new classifications.

Requirements:

• Experience in the role is preferred but not necessary;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office;
• Analytical skills, ability to analyze data and forecast costs;
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Work location: Motta di Livenza (TV).
