Job Opportunity: Administrative and Accounting Support

The company manufactures and sells sports equipment for both sports centers and private clients, with a core focus on home gym products. Established in 2007, it aims to produce the best equipment for Functional Training and Strength & Conditioning. With a turnover of 10 million euros, the brand is internationally recognized for its product performance and design.

The Role

Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will handle administrative and accounting activities, particularly related to accounts receivable.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage accounting records, focusing on invoicing
  2. Support the office by collaborating with other administrative staff and external consultants
  3. Assist in preparing financial reports
  4. Manage fiscal deadlines and compliance with accounting regulations
  5. Contribute to the preparation of administrative and accounting documents
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Diploma in Accounting or a degree in Economics
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Good knowledge of the TeamSystem management software
  • English language proficiency at least B1 level
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and precise work skills
