About the Company

The company manufactures and markets sports equipment for both sports centers and private individuals, with a core focus on home gym equipment. Founded in 2007, the company aims to create the best equipment for Functional Training and Strength & Conditioning. It generates a turnover of 10 million euros and is recognized internationally for the performance and design of its products.

The Role

Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will handle administrative and accounting activities, particularly the accounts receivable cycle.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage accounting entries, with a focus on invoicing (accounts receivable).
2. Support the office by participating in various activities in close collaboration with other administrative staff and external consultants.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
4. Manage fiscal deadlines and compliance with accounting regulations.
5. Contribute to the drafting of accounting and administrative documents.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Accounting or a degree in Economics.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of the TeamSystem management software.
• English language proficiency at least B1 level.
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills, precision, and ability to manage activities effectively.
