Job Opportunity: Impiegato/a Ufficio Trasporti

What we are looking for in you?

  • Previous experience in terrestrial and air transport sectors;
  • Experience related to goods mobility and transportation;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of main logistics processes and international regulations;
  • Proficiency in Office suite and management tools;
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Willingness to travel if necessary;
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing existing client portfolio and acquiring new clients in transportation;
  • Analyzing client needs and proposing tailored logistics solutions;
  • Negotiating contracts and rates with clients and service providers;
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities;
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient management of national and international transports;
  • Preparing periodic reports on transport service performance;
  • Supporting clients in identifying solutions to improve service quality;
  • Understanding client needs and defining methods to ensure their satisfaction;
  • Identifying useful tools for data collection and analysis to support objectives;
  • Promoting transport services through commercial activities and business development.
