Une entreprise leader dans la conception et la construction de machines pour l'industrie chimique recherche un Employé Technique-Commercial pour le soutien après-vente. Le candidat sera chargé de gérer les demandes des clients et de superviser le processus de vente des services d'assistance. Ce poste offre un contrat permanent et un salaire brut annuel de 35 000 à 40 000 €.

We are seeking to fill the position of Technical-Commercial Office Employee within the service department for after-sales support at a well-established leader in the sector of designing and building machinery and process plants for the chemical industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer requests, particularly related to the resale of mechanical parts and products, as well as overseeing the sales process of assistance services (mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software). The role involves providing comprehensive customer support, from receiving inquiries to presenting commercial offers in collaboration with the sales and technical teams. The candidate will manage customer relationships through to order closure, with a strong emphasis on both commercial and technical aspects.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge in the mechanical engineering sector, preferably in plant engineering.
• Diploma in mechanical, electromechanical, or similar technical fields.
• Experience in the mechanical or plant engineering sectors with specific technical skills.
• Good working knowledge of the English language.
• Good listening skills, team-oriented attitude, proactive customer management, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Strong motivation and willingness to challenge oneself.

The company offers a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of €35,000-€40,000.

Work location: Gessate (MI)

Expected start date: 15/07/2025
