Job Opportunity in Udine, Italy

ALI SPA, on behalf of a client company in Udine operating in the multiservices sector, is seeking to hire an administrative employee to join the Human Resources department.

The selected candidate will work in a young and dynamic environment, handling autonomously the administrative tasks related to employment relationships, including:

  1. Preparation of documents and contractual materials necessary for hiring, terminations, renewals, and transformations of employment relationships;
  2. Preparation of mandatory communications (Unilav, accidents);
  3. Collaboration with consulting firms.

Requirements include prior experience in the role, along with organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on results and customer orientation.

The position offers a full-time contract from Monday to Friday, with 8 hours per day and flexible hours between 08:00 and 18:30, with a fixed lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.

The employment is intended to be permanent, with the salary package commensurate with experience.
