Une entreprise de services recherche un Senior Customer Service Representative pour soutenir leurs clients tout au long du processus d'expédition. Le candidat idéal aura d'excellentes compétences en langues (anglais, espagnol, français), ainsi qu'une expérience dans le secteur logistique ou du service client. Ce poste à temps plein est basé à Bernareggio et propose un contrat de 6 mois avec une rémunération compétitive, alignée sur l'expérience.

Competenze

• Diplôme ou degree en langues préféré.
• Excellente connaissance de l'espagnol, anglais et français exigée.
• Expérience dans le secteur logistique ou de service client attendue.

Mansioni

• Répondre et gérer les appels et les demandes des clients.
• Soutenir les clients pendant le processus d'expédition, de la collecte à la livraison.
• Gérer des fournisseurs étrangers.

Position: Senior Customer Service Representative with foreign language skills

Job Description:

• Respond to and manage incoming calls and requests from clients
• Support and manage clients throughout the shipping process, from pickup to delivery
• Handle anomalies and complaints
• Manage foreign suppliers
• Onboard and assist new clients

Requirements:

• Preferably a diploma or degree in languages
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish, English, and French
• Experience in logistics/customer service sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with data entry and database management software

Additional Information:

• Contract directly with the company for 6 months initially
• Salary: €30,000 to €40,000 depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift
• Workplace: Bernareggio (MB)
