Una prestigiosa azienda di Bergamo cerca un IMPIEGATO / A CONTABILE - STUDIO. Il candidato sarà responsabile della gestione contabile ordinaria, registrazioni IVA e preparazione dei bilanci. L’azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato e un pacchetto retributivo commisurato all’esperienza.

MAW s.p.a. Search and Selection is seeking an IMPIEGATO / A CONTABILE - STUDIO for a prestigious professional studio. The successful candidate will support the office team in performing the following activities:

• Managing ordinary, simplified, professional, and favorable regime accounting;
• Registering VAT and accounting entries in the Prima Nota;
• Handling banking, cash, and payroll registration;
• Managing active and passive cycle;
• Preparing periodic VAT settlements and VAT declarations;
• Handling certificates of income and tax returns;
• Submitting F24 forms and declarations electronically;
• Managing year-end adjustments and preparing pre-tax financial statements;
• Printing VAT registers, general ledger, updating inventory books;
• Preparing financial statements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or related fields;
• Previous experience in the role;
• Knowledge of and ability to use IT tools and MS Office suite;
• Flexibility, organizational skills, precision, and initiative;
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

The company offers a permanent contract and a salary package commensurate with experience. Location: Bergamo (BG).
