Job Offer: Back Office Commerciale

Leading company in cable manufacturing is seeking a Back Office Commerciale employee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and entering sales orders into the system, ensuring effective management of commercial activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to work independently and organized
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate responsibilities:

  • Processing and entering sales orders into the system according to the instructions of the sales manager and company directives
  • Sending order confirmations after verification and possible discussion with the responsible parties regarding commercial details (sale price accuracy, delivery date, etc.)
  • Monitoring timelines and deadlines related to orders to provide timely updates to customers, coordinating with production and logistics
  • Managing customer requests related to order management (delivery updates, date rescheduling, etc.)
  • Updating customer database
  • Providing assistance to customers regarding inquiries or issues related to orders or products via phone, email, etc.
  • Monitoring and updating inventory to ensure the availability of requested items according to commercial and company directives
  • Creating periodic or ad hoc reports to analyze sales performance, inventory, and related data
  • Collaborating with the sales, logistics, and other departments for efficient management of commercial activities
  • Supporting sales representatives in preparing offers
  • Managing the physical or digital storage of commercial documents in an organized and accessible manner

Offer includes a temporary contract aimed at permanent employment, with minimal prior experience required. Location: near Chivasso.
