Context

For an important company operating in multimedia technology distribution, Inclusyon is seeking a Impiegato / a Amministrativo / a - Legge 68 / 99.

Role Responsibilities
  • Issuance of DDT in sales.
  • Management of the active cycle, including issuing sales invoices and credit notes, and shipping via SDI.
  • Administrative activities related to customer product repairs.
  • Support in first note entry for accurate general accounting in the company's ERP, complying with current regulations for certain categories of costs/revenues.
  • Loading and updating customer/supplier records.
  • Supporting the administrative team in preparing reports and financial data analysis.
  • Generating reports and statistics for management control.
  • Collaborating with key company functions (Purchasing, Logistics, Orders, and Sales).
Job Requirements
Primary Requirements
  • Diploma in accounting or degree in related economic fields.
  • Previous experience in the role.
  • Good knowledge of general accounting.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Secondary Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork predisposition.
