Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un professionnel en HSE pour une mission de 12 mois. Le rôle implique la gestion du système HSE du projet, l'analyse des risques, et la collaboration avec des fournisseurs. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie ou en sciences, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Competenze

• 1 an d'expérience de travail préférée dans le domaine de HSE.
• Certification HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001) souhaitée mais non obligatoire.
• Fluent in English (écrit et oral) est requis.

Mansioni

• Développer, revoir et mettre à jour les procédures HSE pour tous les phases de projet.
• Vérifier la mise en œuvre des aspects HSE liés aux activités sous-traitées.
• Analyser les exigences HSE du client et planifier les actions de conformité nécessaires.

Profile seniority: 1 year of job experience preferred

Job Duration: 12 months (MPP forecast till end of June 2026)

Academic background: Engineering or Science disciplines relevant to Occupational health and safety in construction works

Missions: Missions abroad to project worksite (e.g., Mozambique) possible but not mandatory

Certification: Certification as RSPP or ASPP is not required for this role. HSE certification such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, etc., is a plus but not mandatory.

Language: Native Italian is ideal but not mandatory; fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Certification (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) is preferred if English is a second language.

Professional Skills:

1. Project HSE Management System: Develop, review, and update project HSE procedures, policies, and plans for all project phases under the guidance of the project HSE Lead. Analyze client HSE requirements and plan necessary compliance actions.
2. Subcontractor / Vendors Management: Verify implementation of HSE contractual aspects related to subcontracted activities. Act as the point of contact with vendors and subcontractors when needed.
3. HSE Risk Management: Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment techniques, job hazard analysis, and the hierarchy of controls during scope of work execution.
4. HSE Work Practices: Understanding of main HSE risks during engineering, procurement, construction, and installation phases to promote safe work practices and environmental protection.
5. HSE Reporting: Support the project HSE team with data analysis, reporting, and notifications.
6. HSE in Procurement and Tendering: Assist with technical bid evaluation, bid preparation for HSE materials and services (e.g., PPE), and ensuring HSE requirements are included in tenders.
