A leading automotive glass distribution company is seeking a candidate for its front office commercial department in Volla, Italy. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, order processing, and supporting commercial negotiations. This is a full-time fixed-term contract for approximately one and a half years.

Vetrauto S.r.l., with over 50 years of experience, is a leading company in the distribution of automotive glass for cars, vans, trucks, and buses, based in Verona (VR).

We are seeking to hire a candidate for the

  • Front Office Commercial Department
  • for the Volla (NA) branch.

The selected candidate, integrated into the front office sales team and coordinated by the Branch Manager, will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships
  • Order processing
  • Supporting commercial negotiations and quotation preparation
  • Handling all aspects of general customer management

Requirements include:

  • Basic knowledge of order management software
  • English language proficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and young environment

The profile is complemented by good knowledge of the MS Office package, front office management skills, dynamism, determination, accuracy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

This is a fixed-term contract for maternity leave replacement, approximately one and a half years.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
