Un'azienda ricerca un/una impiegato/a amministrativo e contabile per il proprio ufficio. Il candidato si occuperà di gestire la contabilità e operazioni amministrative, inclusa la registrazione di fatture e pagamenti. È richiesta una laurea in economia o amministrazione e una solida esperienza nel settore. La posizione prevede un lavoro full-time con orario 8:00-18:00.

Competenze

Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the HR sector, with a branch in Tradate, is seeking for an important client operating in the services and systems sector:

Position:

The candidate will be part of the administrative and accounting office and will work closely with the manager, handling company accounting and administrative operations. Responsibilities include recording invoices and payments related to suppliers and clients, monitoring and archiving documents in compliance with regulations, and accounting activities such as preparing accounting entries using dedicated management software to assist in financial statements preparation.

Requirements:

Preferably a degree in economics or administration, with solid experience in the administrative/accounting sector, managing economic practices. Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and familiarity with main IT tools and software are required. Knowledge of Tecnos management software and fiscal regulations is appreciated but not mandatory. The candidate should be precise, responsive, punctual to ensure efficiency, and available for full-time day shifts.

Additional Information:

Work location: near Induno Olona

Working hours: full-time, from 8:00 to 18:00 with a break from 12:00 to 14:00

Employment contract: to be defined based on the profile
