Eurointerim S.p.A. – filiale di Castelleone (CR) is seeking to strengthen its professional team by hiring for a role in administration and finance.
Job Description:
The professional figure will be responsible for:
- Registering supplier and customer invoices.
- Handling VAT liquidation, asset registration, VAT data communication, intrastat documentation, adjusting journal entries, managing daily bank transactions, bank statement reconciliation, monitoring payment deadlines, managing bank overdrafts, and planning operations across multiple banks.
- Controlling agents and related Enasarco processes.
- Preparing employee expense reports, verifying and reconciling credit card transactions.
- Registering VAT exemptions for clients and suppliers, and following up with clients.
- Managing personnel accounting entries, F24 payments, and providing administrative support to management.
- Preparing documentation for VAT declarations and for self-employed individuals' tax certificates.
- Managing relations with the accountant and the statutory auditors.
- Creating sales reports for machinery.
- Completing ISTAT data and general secretarial activities.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A diploma or degree in administrative, commercial, or economic subjects.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Proficiency with PC and company software, especially Panthera.
Additional Details:
Type of employment: Maternity leave replacement.
Salary: Commensurate with current regulations and discussed with management.
Work availability: Full-time, daytime.
Work location: Near Castelleone.
