Position: Logistics Assistant

Location: Florence, Italy

Ottod'Ame, founded in Florence in 2011 by Silvia Mazzoli, is committed to blending traditional Italian tailoring with contemporary style. We are seeking to expand our team at our Signa (FI) headquarters by hiring a Logistics Assistant responsible for managing various logistical tasks within our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming goods, including data entry and system management
2. Handle invoicing and shipment preparation for finished products
3. Process e-commerce returns
4. Assist in organizational tasks within the warehouse
5. Support logistical operations with the assistance of the logistics team

Candidate Profile:

• Secondary education or higher
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of English
• Organizational skills and interest in the fashion sector

Contract Details:

Possible contract types include fixed-term or apprenticeship, with the aim of permanent employment. Full-time work (40 hours/week). The position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
