Robert Bosch Group offers a curricular internship in Controlling within the Finance team in an international environment. You will support monthly reports, forecasts and KPI analyses, gaining hands-on experience with cost accounting and P&L statements.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance. Fluency in Italian and good English are required; proficiency in Excel, SAP and Power BI is encouraged. Equal Opportunity Employer.

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian; good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support the preparation of monthly reports and forecasts of key economic and production indicators.
• Collaborate in variance analysis (actual costs vs. standard costs).
• Learn how to use advanced reporting tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
• Participate in product costing and updating profit and loss statements.
• Contribute to monitoring industrial KPIs (production efficiency, indirect costs).
• Work with other departments to understand data sources and support analyses.
