Un'importante banca italiana cerca un Vice Presidente nel settore Risk Sharing e Distribution. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza significativa in investimento bancario e sarà responsabile di gestire le relazioni con assicuratori e broker, potenziando le soluzioni CRI. Un ruolo chiave per chi cerca di crescere in un ambiente internazionale e innovativo.

Competenze

  • Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza in Investment Banking.
  • Comprovata esperienza in chiusura di polizze di assicurazione crediti, soprattutto in Project Finance.
  • Familiarità con i frameworks normativi CRR.

Mansioni

  • Gestire le richieste quotidiane dai team interni.
  • Fornire consulenze e intelligence di mercato.
  • Identificare e sviluppare nuove soluzioni CRI.

Scope and purpose

  • Managing day to day requests from internal teams, to manage CRI needs of the IMI Corporate and Investment Banking Division, including contacting insurance brokers and insurers, in coordination with the Insurance and Real Money team, obtaining relevant risk approvals, executing documentation and managing internal expectations and timing
  • provide market intelligence and CRI advice to internal teams;
  • foster relationships with insurance brokers & insurers, to further develop market intelligence, appetite and ideas;
  • coordinate internal processes of education and awareness of CRI policies, procedures, new developments and product knowledge;
  • identify and develop new CRI solutions across products and assist with their implementation;
  • Identify and develop new CRI related structures, counterparties and opportunities.

The person will liaise with:

    • Insurance brokers, re/insurers and other Credit Risk Protection Providers;
    • Front Office teams;
    • Middle Office teams;
    • Risk Management teams (for internal approvals);
    • Legal department;
    • Back Office and Operations
Experience required

  • Previous experience in an Investment Bank (working in Credit Insurance/Risk distribution related activities), and/or in a credit insurance broker or credit insurance company working with Corporate/Investment Banks,
  • at least 5-7 years experience with existing client relationships
Skills and competences required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • MBA qualification, post-graduate, professional education or similar would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English as mandatory requirement; a second business language would be much appreciated
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, driving commercial growth and revenue generation, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Good experience in credit risk insurance, capital markets, structured finance and other private and structured investment banking solutions
  • Sales oriented, energetic with strong negotiating interpersonal skills to achieve sales goals
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance team
  • Ability and proven experience in leading/supporting complex negotiations in a team environment from beginning to end, with a deep understanding of deal structuring
  • Proficiency in financial software (Bloomberg/Reuters, main Loan Markets info providers or comparable platforms) and tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Concrete experience in closing credit insurance policies, particularly in relation to Project Finance/Leveraged Finance and Sub Investment Grade ratings, though other underlying assets would be an additional plus
  • Even though candidates would coordinate with internal & external Legal counsels, they should also be familiar with the legal language of insurance policies, as well as a basic understanding of financial models of underlying assets
  • Familiarity with CRR regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
