Un importante gruppo bancario in Italia è alla ricerca di un professionista esperto nella gestione di un portafoglio bancario. La figura si occuperà della gestione in mercati emergenti con focus su titoli sovrani e strategie di copertura. Richiesti 5-10 anni di esperienza, conoscenze in mercati emergenti, e competenze in strumenti finanziari come Bloomberg e Python. Un ambiente inclusivo e dinamico attende i candidati.

Competenze

• 5 – 10 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
• Capacità di apprendere rapidamente i processi e le procedure per gestire un portafoglio di titoli grande e complesso.

Mansioni

• Collaborare con il team per implementare le procedure per la gestione di un ampio e diversificato libro bancario.
• Definire e implementare strategie di copertura sui tassi di interesse e macro-overlay.

Scope and Purpose

The candidate will be involved in the management of a proprietary banking book, focusing on Emerging Markets, within a macro framework which includes investments in Sovereign and Government Guaranteed securities, in hard and local currency.

• Work with teammates to implement all procedures involved in managing a very large and diversified banking book.
• Help define and implement interest rate hedging and macro-overlay strategies.

Required Experience

5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Emerging Markets, with a primary focus on credit and rates.
• MS Office

• Markets knowledge
• Macroeconomics background
• Ability to quickly learn processes and procedures involved in managing a large and complex securities portfolio
